Non profit entities have been registered in other countries but are not legally tied to the Hong Kong Bethel foundation. They are operated by local volunteers who fundraise and promote the projects of the foundation in China. These entities are subject to the laws of their own country of registration. All these entities are non profit, tax exempt with practically no administrative overhead. All funds are sent to the Hong Kong foundation which channels them to the designated projects in China.
